Elena Santarelli was born on August 18, 1981 in Latina, Italy. In her native country, she is best known for her work in modeling, television, and acting.

Santarelli started her career as a model for prestigious companies such as Armani. In 1999, at the tender age of 18, she won the coveted Elite Model Look Competition which landed her even more desirable modeling gigs and a contract with Elite, the same company that represented other well known models such as Iman and Cindy Crawford.

However, she was still not widely known outside the fashion world until a bit part on the Italian television series Legacy drew widespread notice. Her fan base began to build. Television beckoned again in 2004, when Santarelli signed on to host an Italian sports show. She also appeared in Isola dei Famosi (an Italian version of Celebrity Survivor) in 2006.

Also in 2006, Santarelli thrilled her fans when she appeared in the big screen comedy Vita Smeralda. Her costar was another fan-favorite, Jerry Cala.  

In 2007, she began her longest television gig as a co-host on MTV’s Total Request Live Italy, working first with Alessandro Cattelan, then with Carlo Pastore. This lasted until pregnancy forced her to depart the show in 2009. 

In the United States, Santarelli is, unfortunately, less known for her acting and hosting abilities and better known for her appearances in several topless calendars and sexually charged videos. Even a brief web search shows her name listed frequently in websites with names like, “Nude Celebrity Free Video Archive” and “Elena Santarelli – Topless Video.” 

Elena Santarelli is currently engaged to Udinese Bernardo Corradi. On July 22, 2009, she gave birth to their first child, a son named James.
